Orders, receipts and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. For receipts, invoices, payment questions or to find your order, you can also visit paddle.net.

Lost license key

Your license key is shown on screen after checkout. If you lost it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will send it to you.
